Dr. Barbara A. Caska, PhD

Dr. Barbara Caska has over 20 years experience in conducting research and analysing data. She has been employed as a research scientist, funded principal investigator and college lecturer. Her consultancy experience includes experimental design, program evaluation, validity and reliability studies and large scale survey research.

Barbara is a long-standing member of several professional bodies, including the American Psychological Association, American Psychological Society, Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Her professional memberships reflect her commitment to established codes of conduct and ethical practices governing research.

Barbara has lectured at colleges and universities in the USA and Ireland. Her courses include organisational psychology, health psychology, research methods and statistics. Barbara has conducted research in occupational safety, coping and motivated behaviour. Recently, she has focused on individual differences in educational outcomes. Her work has been extensively presented and published, both in the USA and Europe.

 

 Barbara’s educational qualifications in psychology include a BA from Siena College, NY, and an MA and PhD from the University at Albany, NY. 

 

 

 She holds British Psychological Society Level A and Level B competence in occupational testing.
